Privacy Policy

This policy covers Purrfect Poker and every other app published by Project Apotheosis LLC, unless an app's App Store listing links to a different policy. The short version: we collect nothing, because our apps have nothing to collect it with.

Data collection

Our apps do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. They have no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party data SDKs. They make no network requests.

Data stored on your device

Game settings and session state (for example your chip count, sound and coach preferences) are stored only on your device and never leave it. Deleting the app deletes them.

Real money

Purrfect Poker uses imaginary chips only. There are no in-app purchases, no real-money wagering, and no way to win or lose anything except pride.

Children

Purrfect Poker is rated for simulated gambling under App Store guidelines and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
